Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. Free includes 10 photos per UTC calendar month, with a maximum of 2 per UTC day. Both limits apply. Daily availability resets at 00:00 UTC; monthly availability resets on the first at 00:00 UTC. No payment card is needed.
What counts as a photo?+
One successfully generated image uses one photo from your allowance. Uploading, downloading, and looking through scenes are free. Failed generations restore your allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Use Manage billing in your account. Upgrades apply immediately, with Stripe showing the prorated charge before you confirm. Studio raises your current billing-month allowance to 400 photos, including any already used. Billing dates and consumed credits are preserved. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your paid period.
Do allowances stack or roll over?+
No. Creator provides 150 photos per billing month and Studio provides 400. Paid plans replace the Free allowance. Unused photos do not carry into the next period. Deleting a completed photo does not restore its credit.
Why might generation be temporarily paused?+
The studio uses a sitewide daily capacity safeguard. If it pauses new generations, no customer credits are consumed. Your existing photos remain available to download. Check the notice in your studio and try after the UTC reset.
Will my product look exactly the same?+
The studio is instructed to preserve your labels, colors, shape, and authentic wear. AI can still change details, so check each image carefully before using it in a listing.
What can I upload?+
Use JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 10 MB. The best starting point is a clear photo with the whole product visible. You must have permission to use the photos you upload.
