Is the free plan really free?+
Yes. Create an account and generate one photo each day without a payment card. The next free photo becomes available at midnight UTC.
What counts as a photo?+
One successfully generated image uses one photo from your allowance. Uploading, downloading, and looking through scenes are free. Failed generations restore your allowance.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. Use Manage billing in your account. Upgrades apply immediately, with Stripe showing the prorated charge before you confirm. Studio raises your current monthly allowance to 200 photos, including any already used. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your paid period.
Will my product look exactly the same?+
The studio is instructed to preserve your labels, colors, shape, and authentic wear. AI can still change details, so check each image carefully before using it in a listing.
What can I upload?+
Use JPG, PNG, or WebP images up to 10 MB. The best starting point is a clear photo with the whole product visible. You must have permission to use the photos you upload.
